Station Operations Associate
Job Responsibilities
1. Inbound the physical packages in the system and process the packages to the sorting centre
2. Handle the failed delivery packages to the seller and acknowledge it
3. Satisfying the customers and Sellers at the Stations by answering their queries and complaints as per Daraz SOPs
4. Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required Handling tough customers and sellers using soft skills
6. Addresses the after-sales flow for walk-in customers Customer returns process, Refund timeline
7. Maintaining and Improving First Mile KPI such as Lead Time, Productivity and work out on reducing Loss and Damages
7. Monitoring the First Mile operations performance such as Pick up performance, Seller Return Performance and Customers returns Pickups 9. Performance to ensure better seller and Customer Experience
Job Specifications
1. Bachelor's degree with 1 yr of experience in the relevant field
2. Strong verbal and communication skills
3. Good critical thinking and analytical ability
4. Accountable for achieving targets and managing projects
5. Should be a good team player
