Sort Operations Team Lead

Job Duties

1.Own and Drive Entire Sort operations with close coordination with First Mile, Last Mile and Different 3rd Party Logistics Company
2.Work on Different Local and Regional Key Projects related to Sort and linehaul operations
3.Maintaing and Improving Sort and linehaul KPI such as Lead Time, Productivity and work out on reducing Loss and Damages
4.Provide Key insight to Upper Management for Decision Making
6.Conduct different Skill Matrix training For sort operator with Close coordination with Learning and Development Team
5.Provide routine training to the team regarding the SLA, Sort and linehaul operational Process
6.Monitoring the Sort and linehaul operations performance such as Sort inbound KPI, Linehaul lead time performance to ensure better seller and Customer Experience.
7.Overseeing 5s and 6s implementation of the facility and ensure SOPs are implemented without fail.

Job Specifications

1.Bachelor in relevant field with atleast 2yrs of experience
2. Strong Verbal and Communications Skills
3. Proficeint in Microsoft Office
4. Excellent Critical thinking and analysis Skills.
5. Must of Accountable for Targets and Projects
6. Strong Team Management Skills
