Responsibilities:

 

  • OKR Management: Focus on maintaining and improving OKR (Objective and Key results) related to operations, such as lead time and productivity, while actively working to minimize losses and damages.
  • Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive plans for sort operations, setting clear objectives and timelines. Execute these plans effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and progress is tracked regularly to meet strategic goals.
  • Project Management: Drive and contribute to key local and regional projects aimed at enhancing sort operations, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide critical insights and data-driven recommendations to upper management to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination with the Commercial and Customer Support teams to address daily seller and buyer complaints, fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor sort operations performance, including on-time inbound, outbound and linehaul metrics, to ensure operational excellence and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cost Optimization Projects: Lead initiatives aimed at reducing operational costs and improving cost efficiency across sort operations.
  • Floor Designing/Layout: Design and optimize the floor layout for the sortation center to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • PMO Ownership: Own full responsibility for project management office (PMO) activities related to sort operations, ensuring projects are aligned with organizational goals and delivered on time.
  • Product Query Resolution: Coordinate with Regional product team for product-related queries and provide real-time updates and solutions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

    Required Qualifications:
  • Preferred Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or management
  • Proven experience 3-4 years in logistics and operations management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
