Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Surveillance Supervisor to manage and overseeall
aspects of our CCTV surveillance infrastructure.The ideal candidate will be responsible for
system configurations, projectplanning, teamcoordination, vendormanagement, and
ensuring the smooth functioning of surveillance operations across multiple regions in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain NVRs, CCTV cameras, network switches, and routers.
  • Review and develop BOQs, layouts, and equipment lists for new surveillance projects.
  • Create surveillance layouts based on warehouse/building structure to identify red zones and low-priority areas.
  • Conduct system health checks for equipment installed across warehouses, stations, hubs, and last-mile facilities nationwide.
  • Lead quarterly surveillance audits covering South, Central, and North regions.
  • Monitor daily attendance and performance of the surveillance team.
  • Schedule technician visits based on site-specific requirements.
  • Address vendor queries and provide technical guidance aligned with the defined scope of work.
  • Ensure stable ISP connectivity for uninterrupted live CCTV streaming in the Karachi surveillance control room.
  • Manage all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) related to surveillance equipment and services.
  • Conduct briefings with stakeholders to explain BOQs and layouts, ensuring visibility and security compliance.
  • Oversee daily system health reports and KPI tracking from day and night shift surveillance officers.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair systems as required—including connector making and physical tasks such as height work.
  • Transport necessary tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure job site readiness.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in CCTV / surveillance operations or security surveillance.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience in a technical/security environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including IP cameras, analog cameras, NVRs
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network switches, routers, and POE systems.
  • Experience with surveillance software (e.g., Smart PSS / IMOU Life)
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and remote access technologies.
  • Familiarity with UPS systems, power backups, and fiber/UTP cabling.
  • Ability to read and design layouts, BOQs, and equipment placement plans.
  • Hands-on experience in system health checks, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
