User Engagement Associate - Gamification

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the gamification mechanisms on Daraz
2. Lead end-to-end management of key initiatives that aim to increase user engagement and stickiness
3. Identify gaps between game operation and user experience, and propose effective solutions to improve
4. Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop tangible actions to drive higher levels of platform loyalty objectives.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years experience in e-Commerce, bonus if experienced with game related scopes
2. Rich experience in mobile games like candy crush , and have unique insights in game operations
3. Ability to collaborate cross-team to align game operation strategies with business objectives.
4. Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and teamwork—comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently present data and ideas to stakeholders.
