Supply Chain Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the S&OP process by collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales, forecast, and inventory data to support accurate supply chain planning.
• Raise and monitor inbound purchase orders, ensuring timely placement and follow-up with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehouse, commercial, and logistics) to align on supply and demand plans.
• Support demand and supply reconciliation by assisting with data validation, variance analysis, and root cause identification.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on inventory, order status, and key supply chain metrics to enable effective decision-making.
• Identify and escalate supply risks or bottlenecks impacting service levels or campaign readiness.
• Participate in weekly/monthly S&OP meetings, capturing action points and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Assist in process documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with SOPs for supply chain planning.
• Support the Nepal Venture supply chain planning team in ad-hoc tasks related to inventory management, replenishment, and campaign preparation.
