Regional Seller Operations Associate
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate – Regional Seller Operations to support the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of key seller-facing initiatives across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a passion for enabling seller growth at scale.
Key Responsi bi lities:
Program Management & Execution
- Support rollout and localization of seller programs across ventures.
- Coordinate with country teams to ensure timely execution, smooth operations, and alignment with regional strategies.
- Maintain clear documentation of program guidelines, SOPs, and best practices.
- Insights & Reporting: Partner with BI and Finance to build dashboards, conduct performance deep dives, and translate findings into actionable commercial strategies.
- Communication & Enablement: Drive internal communication plans, toolkits, and training for commercial teams to ensure high adoption of programs and tools.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, consulting, commercial operations, or program/project management.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills
- Ability to work across markets and functions in a fast-paced environment
