Job Description: Procurement Buyer
  • Receive commercial offers, proposals, and execute Purchase Orders, including Terms and Conditions.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with the Procurement Portal and Procurement policy.
  • Ensure compliance with the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process.
  • Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Track inventory and submit purchase orders as needed.
  • Maintain a vendor database and performance records.
  • Assist in audits and documentation readiness.
  • Perform Budget vs. Actual price comparison.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Research and recommend new products, services, or materials in keeping with industry trends.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a proven procurement professional.
  • Good understanding of procurement and contract administration processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Finance, or Public Administration.
  • Ability to be resourceful, proactive, a fast learner, and a good team player.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project Management.
