Job Description: Procurement Buyer
- Receive commercial offers, proposals, and execute Purchase Orders, including Terms and Conditions.
- Implement and ensure compliance with the Procurement Portal and Procurement policy.
- Ensure compliance with the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Track inventory and submit purchase orders as needed.
- Maintain a vendor database and performance records.
- Assist in audits and documentation readiness.
- Perform Budget vs. Actual price comparison.
- Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Research and recommend new products, services, or materials in keeping with industry trends.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a proven procurement professional.
- Good understanding of procurement and contract administration processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Finance, or Public Administration.
- Ability to be resourceful, proactive, a fast learner, and a good team player.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project Management.
