Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Daraz sellers and brand representatives to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with sellers and brands to develop promotions and commercial schemes that increase seller revenue while enhancing customer value
  • Stay informed on industry trends—track pricing, logistics, key players, trending products, and new brand opportunities to enrich the platform’s assortment.
  • Ensure sellers meet operational KPIs such as timely order processing, customer engagement, and accurate stock management.
  • Analyze data to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities; generate actionable reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take initiative to expand your category and consistently improve the customer experience.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams across functions and with regional stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
  • Lead new initiatives end-to-end—from planning to execution—and ensure accountability by following up consistently with all relevant stakeholders.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelors degree completed (Masters preferred)
  • 1 to 2 years prior experience in sales or related role
  • Basic to intermediate skills on Excel
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
