Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key sellers and brands, ensuring seamless coordination across inventory, content, and fulfillment.
  • Category Ownership: Take full ownership of business performance within your portfolio, driving strategic initiatives and growth plans to achieve commercial targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, orders, and conversion rates. Optimize pricing, product availability, and content to drive sustainable growth.
  • Assortment Expansion: Identify assortment gaps, pricing opportunities, and growth areas. Expand the offering by onboarding new sellers and brands while strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of monthly, quarterly, and mega campaigns. Coordinate with marketing and onsite teams to secure prominent placements and drive visibility
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage platform analytics and market insights to guide partners on pricing, assortment, and consumer trends. Benchmark against competitors and present actionable business reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Traffic Operations, Marketing, Operations, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely execution and achievement of business objectives.

Education and Work Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen; prior sales or category-related experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills in both Nepali and English
