This role involves managing key seller and brand relationships, driving business growth through data-driven strategies, and leading campaign execution. It requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and ownership of commercial and operational performance to meet strategic goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key sellers and brands, ensuring seamless coordination across inventory, content, and fulfillment.
- Category Ownership: Take full ownership of business performance within your portfolio, driving strategic initiatives and growth plans to achieve commercial targets.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, orders, and conversion rates. Optimize pricing, product availability, and content to drive sustainable growth.
- Assortment Expansion: Identify assortment gaps, pricing opportunities, and growth areas. Expand the offering by onboarding new sellers and brands while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of monthly, quarterly, and mega campaigns. Coordinate with marketing and onsite teams to secure prominent placements and drive visibility
- Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage platform analytics and market insights to guide partners on pricing, assortment, and consumer trends. Benchmark against competitors and present actionable business reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Traffic Operations, Marketing, Operations, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely execution and achievement of business objectives.
Education and Work Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong commercial acumen; prior sales or category-related experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills in both Nepali and English
