Job Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key sellers and brands, ensuring seamless coordination across inventory, content, and fulfillment.
- Category Ownership: Take full ownership of the mobile accessories’ category, driving strategic initiatives and growth plans to meet business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (GMV, orders, conversion rates) and optimize pricing, product availability, and content to drive sales.
- Assortment Growth: Identify assortment gaps, pricing opportunities, and growth areas. Expand the category by recruiting new sellers/brands and enhancing the existing assortment.
- Campaign Planning: Lead the execution of monthly, quarterly, and mega campaigns. Work closely with marketing and onsite teams for promotional visibility, banner placements, and securing real estate across the platform.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage platform data and insights to guide partners on market trends, pricing strategy, and consumer behavior. Benchmark competitors and present actionable business reviews.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Traffic Operations, Marketing, Operations, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution and timely achievement of category KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduates or students pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Management are encouraged to apply.
- Strong commercial acumen with prior category-specific experience or sales background is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills in both Nepali and English.
