Job Responsibilities
- Develop goals and objectives to meet Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Targets
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to achieve the objectives set
- Ensure major brands (national and international) and their assortments are available within the category
- Grow Health and Beauty category business with new initiatives
- Work closely with major H&B Brands/ Key Accounts/ Key Sellers for growing them in Daraz platform
- Work closely with Team members to grow Key Accounts/ Key Sellers under their domain of responsibility
- Guide team to streamline products availability in the platform
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers/ internal stakeholders and get things done through them
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data, prepare reports and present the findings and trends to management for corrective management decisions
- Assess overall Category Performance against objectives
- Lead and make team capable of organizing internal and external meetings to streamline operations and supply chain
- Organize weekly and monthly campaigns aligning with brands and sellers
- Expand business scope of Health & Beauty (getting more brands and assortments, cross category promotion)
- Build and execute strategies to build customer base and retain existing customers
- Work on making H&B platform in Daraz a place for all kinds of H&B brands
- Engage in Daily meeting with Sellers to streamline Supply Chain Process and Operations (Order Processing)
- Track Sellers’ Key Performance Indicators, i.e. they are processing orders, replying to customers’ questions, maintaining stocks correctly, etc.
- Coordinate with team to increasing assortments (number of SKUs available on the platform) for H&B brands by streamlining Supply Chain
- Execute campaigns through proper Onsite framing (making H&B platform - App/Website appealing and shopping friendly), online and offline marketing
- Coordinate with cross functional team to bring their guidance and initiatives to grow Health & Beauty business (local context to be merged with Regional requirements)
- Preferred: Any candidate with previous experience on ecommerce site and have knowledge on Category Level Planning and Execution
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (MBA Preferred) with minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities, and good category knowledge and analytical ability
- Working knowledge in Excel and MS Office package
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
