Jr. CRM Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior CRM Associate to join our team, focusing on the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple CRM channels. In this role, you will support the implementation of campaigns, manage communications, and help enhance customer engagement through effective channel management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various CRM channels, including email, push notifications, and social media.
  • Content Scheduling: Schedule and deploy customer communications, ensuring messages are sent on time and are aligned with overall campaign objectives.
  • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system to facilitate accurate targeting and personalization of communications.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on key metrics for all campaigns, analyzing results to optimize execution and enhance future initiatives.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to execution processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in channel management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fresh or 1-2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or a related role is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with various CRM channels and marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, SMS services, social media management tools) is an advantage.
  • HTML / CSS+ for email parkering is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of CRM and marketing execution.
