Job Responsibilities

  1.  Drive the strategy & growth of an industry in close collaboration with the Head of Key Accounts
  2.  Revamp and enforce task tracking processes for teams across the industry
  3. Build a detailed perspective on all elements of assortment, sellers, prices and onsite presentation and bring “consultant like perspective” to the businesses
  4.  Gap analysis on existing performance metrics and structures and build a strategy to scale the industry
  5.  Work with the Head of Key Accounts to develop an outlook of the category and an implementation plan for the chosen strategy
  6.  Focus on the relevant business metrics, monitor their performance, spot weaknesses and deep-dive into fixing them
  7.  Leverage weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting structures and use the data to set priorities for the business

Job Requirements

  • Completed Master’s degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Analytics/Statistics or CA Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-growing startup or dynamic team in a large organization 
  • Experience working with Cross functional Teams Problem solving & decision-making skills 
  • Data-driven person who is great at numbers, can relate and comprehend a trend in the industry 
  • Strong fundamentals of MS Office and Reporting 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
