Inbound & Inventory Operations Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily Inbound and Inventory operations, ensuring completion within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain Operations Excellence Score > 95%, monitored on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance coordination and process efficiency.
  • Drive creation of staffing plans, work schedules, and lead quality/process improvement initiatives, including Change Management and Six Sigma practices.
  • Monitor and measure performance metrics, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable for individual and departmental performance.
  • Design and implement lean operational processes across the supply chain to drive efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to 5S standards and lead regular process compliance audits.
  • Coordinate closely with the local operations team to align with company goals and targets.
  • Monitor key KPIs and proactively:
    • Track and improve Inbound and Inventory productivity.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain 99.99% inventory accuracy.
    • Maintain E2E (End-to-End) lead times.
  • Plan and lead monthly warehouse damage/loss reviews, and initiate actions to reduce scrap and losses.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from a reputed university preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce is preferred.
