Job Description

  • Drive the strategy & growth of an industry in close collaboration with the Head of Supply, HOKA
  • Revamp and enforce task tracking processes for teams across the industry
  • Build a detailed perspective on all elements of assortment, sellers, prices and onsite presentation and bring “consultant like perspective” to the businesses
  • Gap analysis on existing performance metrics and structures and build a strategy to scale the industry
  • Work with the Category Heads to develop a future outlook of the category and an implementation plan for the chosen strategy
  • Focus on the relevant business metrics, monitor their performance, spot weaknesses and deep-dive into fixing them
  • Leverage weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting structures and use the data to set priorities for the business
  • Build a strong awareness of the Customer Experience for your industry and drive improvements
  • Enable and improve the workings of Category Manager/KAM within you your industry

Requirements

  • Completed Masters degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Analytics/Statistics or CA
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast growing startup or dynamic team in a large organization
  • Experience working with Cross functional Teams
  • Problem solving & decision-making skills
  • Data-driven person who is great at numbers, can relate and comprehend a trend in the industry
  • Strong fundamentals of MS Office and Reporting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
