Campaign & Planning Lead

Job Responsibilities
- Identifying the key metrics of campaign performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and taking necessary actions to uplift the upcoming campaigns while maintaining the healthy participation of potential sellers and assortment to drive performance by collaborating with the relevant channel/vertical commercial teams. Analyzing the gaps in terms of move and view % on respective category level and taking the proactive and reactive measures.
- Overall campaign execution (weekly & monthly) while collaborating with relevant vertical/channel using knowledge of Products, performance & stock availability to ensure the efficient campaign results, yet maintaining the credibility
- Being accountable for the campaigns from start to end in terms of planning, design & onsite coordination and the post-campaign analysis
- Regularly review/create Collections with Vendor Managers to ensure there are sufficient collections for popular category segments
- Daily monitoring of top selling products and analyzing the performance and plan out strategies to drive sales in terms of relevant categories
- Curating/creating/reviewing (regular basis) product pools from within and outside Treasure Bowls for weekly campaigns, mega campaigns and recurring campaigns
- Assist in ensuring all products are strategically merchandised across the campaigns and Live-on Pages
- Regular auditing/monitoring of stock levels and key deliveries to ensure products are attractively presented across prime product locations
Job Specifications
• Bachelors degree with 2-3 yrs of experience (Masters preferred)
• Intermediate skills on Excel
• Quick grasp of new system and technologies.
• Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
