Brand & Category Campaign Associate

Job Duties

•    Build the framework requirements for Category campaign  (campaign structure, onsite asset planning, marketing planning etc...)
•    Integrate new collections and new arrivals from focused categories into the campaign framework 
•    Manage the Category Campaign Calendar 
•    Lead coordination with cross-functional leadership to achieve set campaign objectives 
•    Build and operate the SOP from submission to execution by local General Ops
•    Performance Management for Category and Mid Month Campaigns 
•    Venture Queries and Bugs, Administration and Meeting Coordination 
•    Detailed Post Mortem for Category and Mid Month Campaigns "
•    Centralization of New Arrival & Brand Opening Campaigns framework (as Brand Day) with 2 tiers of packages, with non-paid & paid options. 
•    Harmonized resource plan (onsite package) & standardized brand commitments 
•    Lead coordination with cross-functional leadership to achieve set Brand Events Objective
•    Work with DMS team to Build Quarterly partnership decks Asset allocation of Mega and A+ Campaigns 
•    Performance Management for Brand Events 
•    Set Supply Framework for Brands to participate in Campaigns and governed the SOP 
•    Super Brand Day Coordination with the commercial and DMS teams

Job Specifications

•    5-7 years of work experience
•    Previous ecommerce or online business experience would be ideal
•    Education background in business, marketing, operations preferred
•    Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Strong ability to manage expectations, drive for performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders under tight timelines and pressure.
•    Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous projects. Able to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
•    An analytical and structured thinker, strong with understanding and deriving insights from data.
•    Strong communication and writing skills.
