Associate Training & QA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programs for new hires, existing employees, and specialized teams. The role also includes Learning Management System (LMS) administration, BPO trainer management, training schedules, stakeholder coordination, and campaign support. The trainer will ensure skill development, process understanding, and performance improvement across departments and all ventures including PK, BD, NP & LK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires and conduct post-training assessments.
  2. Organize training sessions on communication, soft skills, leadership, and time management.
  3. Conduct customer satisfaction & process-related trainings.
  4. Create training content, modules, and maintain training calendars/plotters.
  5. Manage LMS: upload courses, track learner progress, generate reports, and ensure compliance.
  6. Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions for BPOs and track ad-hoc & planned trainings.
  7. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of training-related tasks.
  8. Support campaign-specific training (pre & post).
  9. Manage training-related projects including agent profiling, hiring support, and assessments.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D roles.
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  4. Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., TalentLMS, iSpring).
  5. Ability to design engaging training content (classroom + e-learning).
  6. Design and develop training content, presentations, infographics, and videos using Canva, PowerPoint, and other creative tools.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners (BPOs).
  9. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to assess training effectiveness.
