Associate, Process Design & Automation

Responsibilities: 

• Product Delivery: Lead end-to-end execution of customer experience products—from concept to launch—driving on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Project & Program Execution: Manage multiple initiatives in parallel, ensuring a structured and disciplined approach to execution.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between Strategy, Technology, Product, and Customer Live Support teams to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and successful program execution.
• Process & System Design: Develop scalable, systematic processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage structured data analysis and insights to measure product performance, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvements.
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks, analyze impact, and develop structured mitigation plans.
• Campaign Management: Manage campaign PMO to ensure smooth campaign operations and issue resolutions from CX perspective.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and metrics to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years in product management, product operations, or project management, preferably in E-commerce, customer experience or AI domain.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
• Deep understanding of product development frameworks, Agile methodologies, and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive product optimizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align business, tech, and operations teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement structured, scalable processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Strong command over Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Knowledge of basic programming languages such as SQL/Python is preferred.
