Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly-driven and tech-oriented data analyst for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain business and technical exposure plus have a direct impact specifically on revenue and cost, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a structured individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building an in-depth understanding of the operations domains of the business and adding value in enhancing overall logistics by providing crisp insights on the subject matter.
• Analysing operations data from different angles using SQL, Python, spreadsheets to find potential customer touch points blind spots that lead a customer to be dissatisfied.
• Creating reports and dashboards for the management in spreadsheets and Alibaba Visualisation tool covering multiple KPIs
• Reconciliation of data between different sources by finding the root cause of the gap and closing that gap while aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Ad Hoc data extraction using SQL for either rate card configuration or for quick decision making.
• Taking ownership of projects end to end from requirements gathering to delivery.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree program in STEM from a reputable institution, Masters is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical or data driven role with hands-on SQL.
• Expertise in MS Excel is a must.
• Python knowledge is a huge plus.
• You are comfortable using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, or PowerBI).
• Highly organised and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritised way.
• Data-driven & with a good attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude is the cornerstone of your personality.
• Manage projects end to end including stakeholder management.
