Job Summary:

The Regional Head of ERP & Technical Program Manager oversees the strategy, implementation, optimization, and governance of ERP systems across multiple countries/markets. This role combines deep technical program management expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure ERP platforms support business objectives, enable operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation. The position also requires managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with Data security and ensuring compliance with regional and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the regional ERP roadmap aligned with Group Finance Strategy.
• Establish ERP policies, procedures, and best practices across all markets in the region.
• Monitor ERP system performance, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.                                                                                      
• Lead large-scale ERP implementation, migration, and upgrade programs across multiple regions.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines while ensuring delivery within scope.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact between regional business units, global IT teams, and ERP vendors.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with operational needs.
• Conduct regular program reviews with executive leadership and market heads.
• Oversee ERP integrations with other enterprise applications (CRM, SCM, Finance, HR, etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and process automation through ERP modules.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop ERP and program management teams across the region.
• Foster collaboration between technical, functional, and business teams.
• Build capability and knowledge-sharing frameworks for ERP adoption and enhancement.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (AI, RPA, cloud solutions) to enhance ERP capabilities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of ERP implementation and program management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-country ERP rollouts and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
