Job Summary:

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role offering exposure across 4+ markets (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Myanmar). The Assortment Operations Associate will play a central role in developing, scaling, and deploying assortment frameworks across these ventures - offering a unique opportunity to gain regional and cross-market operations experience. The role provides hands-on collaboration with commercial, product, and data teams at both local and regional levels, making it ideal for someone looking to build expertise in global e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy assortment mechanisms and pricing frameworks for operationalization across all 5 countries, based on local market requirements and robust analysis.
  • Coordinate with venture teams to localize execution while maintaining consistency with regional strategy.
  •  Optimise methodology & curate assortment pool according to various business objectives to drive visibility and ensure effectiveness in campaign operations.
  • Participate in product scoping discussions for assortment-related tools, features, and enhancements.
  • Conduct UATs for new features and maintain structured feedback loops with product and tech teams to optimize tool usability and logic accuracy.
  •  Liaise with data, product, category, and campaign teams to ensure effective assortment operations & timelines.
  • Build and maintain performance tracking for your projects to understand our strengths and weaknesses, competitive pressures and opportunity areas.
  • Assist in preparing structured weekly/monthly performance reviews, including data-backed insights and recommendations.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify root causes when performance targets are not met and devise corrective approaches to fix underperformance under a project management framework.
  • Act as a coordination hub across multiple functions to ensure aligned execution of assortment operations and tool adoption.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or STEM subjects from a top tier university with outstanding results
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial or project and program management in eCommerce
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
