Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, data-driven, and results-oriented Product Operations Manager. You will be the critical bridge between our product/tech teams and the local market—ensuring our product strategy is accurately understood, executed, localized, and continuously optimized. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of both product and data, is an excellent communicator and executor, and can drive the successful localization of our products in the South Asian market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Own Local Launch & Release Readiness:

  • Translate product strategy into clear local execution plans (scope, timelines, risk, owners).
  • Drive UAT/beta programs with local users; coordinate bug triage and go/no-go.
  • Ensure feature flags, rollout plans, and guardrails are correctly configured per market.

Data Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Establish and improve the core product data monitoring system, define key metrics (OKRs/KPIs), and regularly produce data analysis reports.
  • Track the core data performance of product features after launch (e.g., user growth, engagement, retention, conversion), conduct root-cause analysis, evaluate feature effectiveness, and provide optimization recommendations.

 Product Launch & Localization Execution:

  • Manage the end-to-end localization and execution of product releases in the local market, including but not limited to: local requirement communication, launch preparation, resource coordination, and risk management.
  • Follow up on local user feedback after launch, and collaborate with product and tech teams to quickly identify and resolve issues arising during the localization process.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the key liaison between the product team, commercial, and all other local support teams to ensure efficient and accurate two-way information flow. Proactively coordinate resources across teams, drive the resolution of cross-functional issues, ensure product goals are aligned with business objectives, and jointly drive product success.

 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 4-5 years in product operations, data analysis, or project management.
  • Strong Product Sense: A deep passion for internet products, with excellent user insight and logical analysis skills.Solid Data Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau), able to write SQL queries independently for data extraction and analysis, with a sharp eye for identifying issues from data.
  • Excellent Execution: Outstanding project management and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and capable of ensuring complex projects are executed locally with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration: Skilled at communicating with team members from diverse backgrounds, able to articulate complex information clearly, and drive cross-team collaboration to achieve goals.
