Key Responsibilities:

1.    Monitor daily backlogs and maintain WBR (Weekly Business Review) and MBR (Monthly Business Review) reports.

2.    Oversee team performance, track KPIs, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

3.    Lead by example, set performance targets, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.

4.    Coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery operations and exceptional customer service.

5.    Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

6.    Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:
1.    Strong leadership and team management skills.
2.    Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.
3.    Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making skills.
4.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.    Knowledge of last-mile operations and route optimization.1.    Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).

6. 2–4 years of relevant operational or supervisory experience.
