Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and referrals.

Screen large volumes of applicants quickly and effectively to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate the selection process.

Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs.

Ensure all positions are filled within the required timelines and with high-quality hires.

Use ATS and recruitment tools to track, report, and manage candidate pipelines.

Communicate proactively with hiring managers and stakeholders to align expectations.

Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support onboarding coordination as needed to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

4–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring environments.

Proven ability to manage 15–20+ open requisitions simultaneously.

Strong sourcing and screening skills with knowledge of different channels and platforms.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail and process compliance.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri).

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
