Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and referrals.

  • Screen large volumes of applicants quickly and effectively to shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate the selection process.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs.

  • Ensure all positions are filled within the required timelines and with high-quality hires.

  • Use ATS and recruitment tools to track, report, and manage candidate pipelines.

  • Communicate proactively with hiring managers and stakeholders to align expectations.

  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Support onboarding coordination as needed to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring environments.

  • Proven ability to manage 15–20+ open requisitions simultaneously.

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills with knowledge of different channels and platforms.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • High attention to detail and process compliance.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri).

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
