Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead operational process & initiatives for Commercial Key Accounts. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with preferably 1 year of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving abilities, a process improvement mindset, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead segmentation update exercise for Key Accounts, ensuring proper classification and operational treatment
- Lead operational alignments with other departments (e.g. scaling tamper proof packaging, seller shipping provider changes, fulfilment rate improvements, DOL/POL adjustments for campaigns etc)
- Align KAM trainings & KAM tools adoption
- Provide operational support on commercial-wide projects initiative (SOF COD scaling, Brand onboarding governance etc)
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field;
- preferably 1 year of experience in seller operations, program management, ecommerce, or customer experience functions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
