Job Summary:

We are looking for a finance professional to support planning, budgeting, and performance tracking across marketing-related activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring budgets are well-managed, performance is monitored daily, and financial reports are accurate and insightful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and configure monthly budgets for various subsidies
  • Track daily performance metrics such as orders, spend, and conversion rates
  • Adjust budgets during the month based on updated performance trends and business needs.
  • Prepare monthly target decks with key commercial KPIs for planning and review.
  • Support monthly financial closing by validating actual spend across relevant teams.
  • Perform cost and efficiency analysis (e.g. cost per order, return on subsidies).
  • Flag deviations from targets and coordinate with teams for corrective actions.

 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 year of experience in financial planning, analysis, or budgeting roles.
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
