Job Summary:

Serve as a strategic finance partner to business unit leaders, delivering financial insights, analysis, and guidance to drive informed decision-making, optimize performance, and support the achievement of organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diligent oversight of the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) for the PK, conducting thorough analysis to ensure financial health and performance alignment with organizational objectives
• Take ownership of monthly financial targets, and tracking overall P&L performance, conducting regular performance assessments to track progress and proactively identify opportunities for P&L optimization
• Lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operating expenses, employing analytical insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies across the organization
• Support commercial and operational initiatives by modeling financial scenarios, conducting ROI analysis, and evaluating business cases
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline finance processes, enhancing operational efficiency, accuracy, and the relevance of financial reporting and analysis
• Execute ad hoc financial analyses and projects, providing valuable insights and strategic support to drive informed decision-making and business growth
• Assume responsibility for the accurate and comprehensive reporting of financial results, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, accompanied by insightful commentary to facilitate stakeholder understanding and decision-making

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Fresh – 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, or commercial finance roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Commercial mindset, proactive problem-solver, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
