Key Responsibilities:

Handle Daraz gift card inquiries, orders, and fraud prevention; oversee the Gift Card PMO and coordinate with stakeholders and the subsidy team to align gift card operations and growth.

Manage Telco reconciliations, price changes, and utility reconciliations; monitor success rates of orders with Telco partners.

Onboard key sellers, and ensure accuracy on Seller Center and SOS Platform; coordinate regional initiatives and seller commissions.

Responsible for growing the digital gaming category, collaborating with key accounts, marketing, subsidy, buyer growth teams to drive revenue, stickiness, and new users in the category.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, growth initiatives, and collaborate with CRM team to drive engagement of users in the category.

Verify and resolve issues for digital sellers; connect with customer support and onboarding teams for issue resolution.

Coordinate with finance stakeholders on seller settlement and profitability targets

Responsible for new digital partners onboarding and driving growth in sub categories of the digital goods industry.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably within gift cards, telecommunication, or e-commerce sectors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Experience with SKU management, seller onboarding, and campaign execution is a plus.

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Proven experience in the tech industry is a plus
