Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Develop and execute holistic strategies to foster engagement, morale, productivity, and retention across all employee levels.
- Design and deliver initiatives, events, and campaigns that strengthen belonging, collaboration, and overall employee experience.
- Provide support in conducting regular employee surveys, focus groups, and listening forums; analyzing data and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Continuously assess engagement initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy and evolving employee needs.
Culture Development
- Serve as the cultural architect — shaping, promoting, and embedding organizational values across functions.
- Partner with HRBPs and leadership to align culture initiatives with strategic objectives, ensuring culture drives performance and retention.
- Act as a "pulse checker" for the organization, proactively identifying risks to culture and recommending interventions.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB)
- Design and implement DEIB strategies that create equitable opportunities and a sense of belonging for all employees.
- Build awareness programs and training to reduce bias, promote inclusivity, and strengthen allyship.
- Partner with ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and business leaders to co-create inclusive policies and initiatives.
Thought Leadership & Innovation
- Stay current with trends, tools, and innovations in employee experience, culture, and DEI.
- Pilot new programs and technologies that elevate engagement and connection in hybrid/remote settings.
- Support in representing the company's cultural initiatives externally (e.g., at conferences, forums) to position it as an employer of choice.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Highly adaptable to quick changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive and manage cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholders
