Job Summary:
We are looking for a commercial professional to support in managing campaign operations, on-site operations and performance tracking for the Cross-Border business in Pakistan. The role plays a key part in aligning CB initiatives with local commercial functions and ensuring CB assortment visibility during non-campaign and campaign days. The key focus in this role would be to expand the share of international brands in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with local General Operations teams for ensuring sellers participation in campaigns, and seller visibility during campaign and non-campaign days. Ensure CB sellers are able to fully utilize all local programs and incentive
- Track performance of campaign and non-campaign days and report to our CB team in China to help grow or optimize the business
- Analyze growth trends in Pakistan’s context to gather an understanding of local demand for Chinese products, and working with relevant teams for bringing that assortment to Daraz
- Monitor category / KAM / Seller / SKU level performance tracking on a fortnightly basis. Understand which sellers are degrowing and why & take corrective actions accordingly
- Work with Compliance and Fulfilment teams to ensure that we are addressing operational issues and maintaining an updated log of prohibited products for Chinese sellers
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of commercial experience. Campaign and On-site operations experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel and data handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights clearly.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
