Key Responsibilities:
- Identify cost optimization potential based on close coordination and alignment with relevant Suppliers.
- Prepare and negotiate framework agreements and strategic supplier alliances including supplier development and relationship management.
- Perform benchmarks and market analysis.
- Responsible for continuous and ad-hoc reporting on markets, suppliers and KPIs.
- Continuous assessment and improvement of procurement strategies and process.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of:
- Packaging Material
- HSSE equipment, services & projects
- Warehouse Supplies and Consumables
- Office Supplies and Consumables
- Facility Management, HR Services and maintenance services
Qualifications:
- Academic degree in business/engineering (Bachelor, Master or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of procurement
- Technical expertise related to Packaging and Services.
- Ambitious, independent and target-oriented individual with a strong can-do attitude.
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation of procurement.
- Proficiency of procurement modules, ERPs and MS Office will be considered as an advantage
