Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead BI Analyst – Marketing / User Growth with a strong background in growth hacking, performance analysis, or digital user growth to join our Business Intelligence team in Pakistan. In this high-impact role, you’ll play a critical part in unlocking growth levers, driving user acquisition and retention, and improving ROI across digital and CRM channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics to drive data-backed growth strategies.
- Partner with Growth, CRM, and Marketing teams to identify scalable user growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments across channels to improve key KPIs like CAC, CTR, conversion, and LTV.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign performance, user cohorts, and lifecycle progression.
- Drive deep-dive analyses to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend data-driven actions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Governance teams to ensure high-quality, consistent data pipelines and definitions.
- Lead growth-focused analytical initiatives independently while mentoring junior analysts and supporting cross-functional teams.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics roles
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing Analytics.
- Proven experience in optimizing user funnels, campaign analysis, and running growth experiments.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel for analysis and validation; Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention curves, ROAS) and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong business sense, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
