Job Summary:

Serve as a data partner to the Crossborder and Search teams by providing timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. This role involves building dashboards, performing ad-hoc analysis, and uncovering trends to help optimize operations, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth across international assortment and onsite search.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to uncover business insights and support strategic initiatives in both Crossborder and Search domains.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards to monitor key metrics (e.g., conversion rate, impressions, click-through rate, assortment contribution, etc.).
  • Understand business operations in both domains to proactively identify optimization opportunities or performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with Crossborder, Category, Product, and Search teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored insights.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming data requests, ensuring timely delivery and clarity of insights.
  • Present findings in a structured and actionable format to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Support query optimization and help streamline data sources used in reporting.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on improving assortment visibility, seller performance, and search relevance.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills – capable of querying and transforming datasets.
  • Basic understanding of how search algorithms or product visibility affect user experience and sales.
  • Understanding of Crossborder supply chain, assortment quality, and seller performance is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – can explain findings to the stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
