Job Summary:
We seek a results-driven Senior Analyst who will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s financial integrity and driving informed decision-making. This position is critical to maintaining accurate and transparent financial records, ensuring full compliance with regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Payable Manager in daily operations to ensure the SLA is met for all the refunds, seller payout and Retail payments.
- Collaborate with experience team representatives to address and resolve any payable-related issues.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics to the Payable Manager.
- Analyze payable trends (Refunds, Commercial Fin and Retail Payable) and recommend process improvements to the Payable Manager.
- Supervise, mentor and support all team members, including Sr. Analysts and Analysts, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Directly supervise the monthend activities including timely uploading the ERP files, creating ERP tickets.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by the Payable Manager.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operational activities.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide corrective recommendations.
- Assist in preparing management reports and supporting schedules for audits.
- Maintain necessary documentation for audits and compliance checks.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven expertise in corporate accounting and financial management within multinational or large-scale organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Experience working with ERP and accounting systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting, or finance roles.
