Product Operations & Automation Associate

Description: 

This position is within the Product & Process Excellence team in the Customer Experience (CX) domain. The team is responsible for the optimization and maintenance of internal tools used by customer care agents (Chat & Voice), and for automating manual processes and reducing human inputs to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Product Operations - Lead the maintenance and configurations for the customer care tools, for both chat & voice channels.
  • Cross Functional Coordination - Collaborate effectively with other functions to drive initiatives and facilitate alignments.
  • Process Optimization - Dive deep into processes to understand gaps and propose optimizations.
  • Data Analytics - Collect insights through data to identify painpoints and resolve issues.
  • Project Management - Lead internal and cross-functional projects related to product and process improvements. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering from any reputed university,
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Product Management or Operations.
  • We are looking for someone with a keen interest in product, and a strong track record to drive initiatives and projects.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycles and AI product features. Excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Basic level SQL capabilities will be a good-to-have. Experience of working in a startup/tech environment.
  • Able to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously
