Senior Executive - Pricing Ops

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
- Maintain accurate pricing data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize pricing models.
- Work closely with category managers, finance, and sales teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
- Assist in designing and managing promotional pricing strategies, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
- Identify inefficiencies in pricing operations and implement solutions for better accuracy and speed.
- Ensure all pricing decisions comply with internal policies and industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in a similar pricing role.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail pricing is also an added advantage.
