Senior Executive - Pricing Ops

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate pricing data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize pricing models.
  • Work closely with category managers, finance, and sales teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
  • Assist in designing and managing promotional pricing strategies, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Identify inefficiencies in pricing operations and implement solutions for better accuracy and speed.
  • Ensure all pricing decisions comply with internal policies and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar pricing role.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking is an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail pricing is also an added advantage.
