Project Executive - Campaign Operations
Job Description:
Proactively engage with the sales team to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Cultivate strong relationships by acting as the main point of contact for campaign & Brand launches for the sales team.
Analyse landing page performance data, product performance, and overall campaign or brand launch performances to identify areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance their product listings, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and track the impact of growth strategies on campaign performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the e-commerce or related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of e-commerce trends or online marketplaces is a plus.
Experience having worked with Microsoft office is an added advantage.
