Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Performance Management:
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize User Acquisition and Retention campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and RTA platforms.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics such as CpDAU, CPO, ROI, conversion rates, and retention.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend strategic improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Market Insights & Reporting:
- Provide actionable insights and performance summaries to internal stakeholders across multiple ventures and markets.
- Develop weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and benchmarking for leadership visibility.
- Creative Optimization:
- Collaborate with the design and brand teams to improve the effectiveness of creative assets used across channels.
- Ensure all creative elements highlight the full potential of Daraz’s value proposition and offerings.
- Catalogue Optimization:
- Understand and enhance the integration between Daraz’s product catalogues and advertising platforms (Google & Meta).
- Work with product and category teams to improve catalogue quality, availability, and visibility to high-intent audiences.
- Budget & Accrual Management:
- Manage monthly marketing accruals and coordinate with Finance for validation and reconciliation of spends across all OM channels.
- Ensure budget utilization aligns with business goals and targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or e-commerce growth.
- Proficiency in campaign management on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketing dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau).
- Working knowledge of feed/catalogue management and optimization for dynamic ads.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, product, finance, and creative teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
