  • Proactively engage with assigned merchants to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships by acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for merchants.
  • Analyze merchants' sales data, product performance, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance their product listings, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and track the impact of growth strategies on merchant performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

 

Required Qualifications:
 

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the e-commerce or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends or online marketplaces is a plus.
