Executive - Affiliate Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the affiliate marketing program, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and partnerships.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance through KPIs, data insights.
- Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with business goals.
- Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI analysis to drive informed decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools).
- Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital advertising is a plus.
- Having a strong experience in having built a social following or social community management in channels such as Whatsapp, Telegram or discord channels will be considered added advantages.
