Job Description:

Conduct market research to identify potential merchants that align with our platform's target market and product categories.
Initiate face-to-face meetings, Guide merchants through the onboarding process, offering clear guidance on documentation, and listing procedures.
Regularly communicate platform updates, marketing opportunities, and best practices to support merchant growth.
Conduct negotiations on commission rates, superior deals to create best offerings for the customers to drive orders.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, with a focus on in-person interactions.
Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding acquisition targets.
Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground meetings and industry events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to successfully negotiate with different merchants across various business environments and cultures.
