Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the hub
  • Oversee and manage the delivery staff
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in hub facilities
  • Manage and support hub recruiting efforts, delivery staff administration
  • Maintain control of the COD process and oversee delivery staff compliance and accurate reconciliation of cash
  • Lead the troubleshooting efforts from hub, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity


Requirements

  1. Minimum bachelors Degree required
  2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in related field
  3. Technical and analytical skills
  4. Should be a team player and initiative with good decision making/Judgement
  5. Should have good communication skills
